Darren is the founder of DS Sports, a well-established sportswear brand that has been running since 2015. Over the years, he’s built a large and loyal following in the sports industry. However, they were seeing a lot of fluctuating ad performance and had no retention strategy in place to maximize the LTV of all website traffic.

After a brief call with Darren regarding their current marketing funnel and business goals, we saw an opportunity to help take the brand to the next level. Evaluation

Darren was already extremly busy overseeing all operations at DS Sports so we made the operation completely hands off for him. From strategy development to domain authentication, we took care of absolutely everything to ensure there was no room for mediocre results.

Implementation

We then installed all aspects of our retention program from pop-up forms to 35+ automated messages into their marketing strategy as well as commencing to send 4-6 targeted messages per week to segmented audiences building consumer retention, brand identity and significantly increasing CLTV. We continued to Optimise the full framework throughout the 60 days to achieve the best results possible.

Results

From September 2nd to November 1st, we contributed to 35% of DS Sports' total store revenue. After an initial 60-day partnership, we’ve continued to work with DS Sports continuing to improve and refine our approach, maximizing the growth of the business.
